Okra



As promised, a harvest picture! Yes, that is a tiny cutting board and, yes, that is probably only half a serving of fried okra, but those pods get out of hand quickly. I have to pick, cut, and freeze it every other day or I'll have giant, inedible veggies. This pile of green freshness is now cut to bite-size, ready for the hot oil. These harvests should increase in size over the next few months, but I have to start somewhere. Happy Thursday!
